—If able to accumulate at least 8 reps, perform sets with a deficit.

B: Squat Clean

Sets 1-2: 60-70% x 5 Reps

Sets 3-4: 70-75% x 3 Reps

Sets 5-7: 80%++ x 2 Reps (Goal = challenging double to finish)

Kipping HSPU (Varied)

Record total HSPU reps accumulated.

Note in reps are performed with a deficit.

Squat Clean (1 x 2)

Record heaviest double successfully completed.
