**20 Box Jump Over 30/24**
60 Synchronized Bar Facing Burpee
–Team Calorie Modifiers 105-Cal 2F 1M, 90 Cal All-F
–Partner A begins accumulating calories on the assault bike.
–Partners B+C begin by accumulating 20 Deadlifts, any division of reps. Once 20 Reps are achieved team mate A rotates from the bike to the deadlift bar.
–Repeat format for Calorie Row + Box Jump Over.
–During synchronized burpees, teammates may alternate the resting partner in any fashion.
