Every 3:00 = 30 Thrusters 75/55 – 20 Bar Facing Burpees
**One teammate on Rower, accumulating meters, two teammates performing thrusters and burpees every 3:00, any split of reps.
**May rotate rower at any point on the clock
**Rower must stop work if reps are not completed by the next three minute block
