Alternating Assignments

A: 10 Pull Ups, 30 Double Unders

B: 10 Toes to Bar, 30 Double Unders

C: 10 Handstand Push Ups, 30 Double Unders

**Note that pull ups and handstand push ups may be modified to increase difficulty (EG: Chest to Bar, Deficit HSPU) so long as ten reps are performed and the athlete rests for at least :45 each round
