–Handstand Walk Skill

If proficient:

–Perform sets of max unbroken distance, resting approximately 1 minute between attempts. To increase difficulty, practice turning.

If developing:

A: With partner, alternate assisting each other kicking up and assisting in the walk.


B: Accumulate quality wall walks, attempting to perform Thomas touches at the end of each walk.
